We write and publish consumer information on a variety of computer systems, tablets, smart phones, PDAs, Internet services, VOIP, and other things people need to maximize their enjoyment and utility of the Internet.

Not many years ago, this was all a new frontier for everyone. I was busy selling Direct TV Maine to customer in New England, and all the while, the Internet wasn’t in wide use in average American homes until the very late 1990s, and even then, high speed Internet connections were only available in businesses with T1 lines.  now, the Internet is everywhere we go.  There are WIFI hot spots at restaurants and stores, and people are nearly never disconnected.  Keeping informed about Internet security and services is something we all need to do.
